Motosync app not working.
Installation was straightforward but the Motosync mobile app was hard to find (made by "Minim" not "Motorola"). Once I found it, I was unable to get the Motosync app to work because the signup page kept failing. Lame. Okay whatever...it's not necessary. After the device came online, the handshake with Comcast kept failing.
