Fuel used was Husqvarna ethanol free XP+ 50:1 mix. The Stihl had about 7 tanks of fuel through it. 18" factory bar with new Stihl .325/.063 standard chain. Fuel used was Stihl ethanol free 50:1 mix.
The Sugihara bars have advantages, and disadvantages. They oil quite well and wear slowly. The large-mount bars work especially well on Stihl compared to Husky and others, since the bar slots are cut for Stihl (the others need to use spacers, which adds an insignificant bit of looseness).. I believe the older true 65cc Husqvarna 365 is 24" max. The newer 365XT and 2166 versions are 70cc and have a 28" max. Other Swedish saw to consider in red are 2258, 2260 and 2165. A healthy 038 mag will pull a 28” bar and full comp chain in soft wood no problem. Hard wood will slow it down a little, just like any other saw. I run a 28” light bar and RS chain on mine. Some of the climbers I know have recently switched to Redmax and to Solo cuz they cant justify the price of a new Stihl in the down economy. If you have the cash, stihl is the way to go.There are far better and cheaper options from any of these oils you mention . If you are sited in EU ,I may suggest the Power One Racing. from Castrol at 25-30 ml per liter of gasoline.It is maybe the cleanest burning 2T oil available in EU .And quite cheap actually ,at 10-15 € per liter.Full synthetic , JASO-FD .Farmville, VA. The fuel lines on those are long and routed through the handle, replace the line and filter and rebuild the carb. Also check the air filter, they are foam and known to desintegrate..
