Masterbuilt gravity series 560 fan not working

I've had my Masterbuilt 560 for just under two years and have had nothing but problems. The switch that turns off the fan does not work for the grill portion, works somewhat for the bottom of the hopper, and now only somewhat for the top of the hopper. The drip tray leaks where it slides in and out and the app for controlling temperature is awful.

Remove from the grill and crank the heat up to 650. Resist the temptation to put them on early as you lose some heat as you open the lid. Cook on one side for a minute and a half then rotate for hash marks and repeat other side. Only takes about 3 minutes per side to reach 130-135 IT or adjust to your liking.The lower switch is recessed too far to get pushed in all the way. For a permanent fix, I used JB Weld and attached a small nut to the lower door. Just revisited this and wanted to add that i resolved my issue by using a q-tip to manually "kick start" the fan.
