Yeah I totally agree on the hand cannon and scout ones. But maybe only the chattering bone archetype needs a pve buff i think high impacts are fine right now. Do you remember when people would use The Scholar Scout in Wrath of the Machine because it 1 shot shanks. Where the hell is that in d2, and slow hand cannons should obliterate red bars.

If the iterative loop wasn't so darn good I'd probably use the techeun force more often.You should be able to kill minors fine without minor spec, you usually should be using special/heavy weapons for majors, and rampage buffs 10% damage per stack up to 30% damage whereas either spec only buffs 7.5% damage against a specific enemy class. I got it done within the first encounter of a spire run. Use a sword got it done in on spire run. It took me like 3 runs of using calibans hand and a sword. Just kill everything with the sword as insight tended to drop more frequently from my sword kills as opposed to melee kills. bro this quest is bugged im sure.

Kill Clip/Kinetic Tremors would be the play for PvE. Total god roll would be crafted with a reload masterwork, Arrowhead, Flared Magwell, KC/KT in my mind. I am not a huge fan of Kill Clip and another damage perk in PvE only cause I am lazy. I personally went Rapid Hit/Enhanced Kinetic Tremors, since it activates in three bursts instead of four.Chattering bone can now be crafted with both kill clip and rampage. Because it is craftable, means you can get enhanced perks for increased perk overlap time. I don't think it will be meta but looks like it could be fun to use in 6's.
