If you actually were nice to Serana, you can convince her to cure herself of vampirism.I'd rather not do so either, plus, unless I'm mistaken, I don't believe this removes her necromancy spells anyway. I am afraid you and everybody else are stuck with her obsession to raise dead chickens to use them when fighting dragons or master vampires.
