AMD's 5800X3D and 7800X3D are exceptionally good for Yuzu due to the extra cache. high bandwidth low-latency memory will help a lot too, especially on Ryzen. Nvidia GPUs are generally preferable due to better driver support and some Nvidia-specific functions the Switch uses, but AMD and Intel will do well enough if budget is a concern.
