Hi all, A friend made a comment something along the lines of “the most powerful weapon a feather”. This then triggered a joint memory, about a tickle scene in a cartoon where a character is being tortured, a roll of equipment and scary utensils is unraveled and the last one is a feather and the goodie is super scared. I might be completely misremembering but i vividly remember watching a Batman cartoon or a cartoon including batman.
