The best on 5G UW was 100Mbps, which is still slower then T-mobile 5G, that I averaged 150Mbps. I was told the Verizon throttles all of its non Verizon ...My download speed is dropping a bit, but the benefits make up for it. Going from 300/10 with a 1.2TB data cap to 200/200 with no data cap, and paying $5/month less. Our bill began at $135 for our combo package and we are now paying $235 for the exact same thing. If we can get our bill below $175 for the same thing we have now, then out only option is to switch to internet only or switch completely.If I were to call this level of customer support to be substandard, I would be generous.
