I uninstalled the Logitech software, rebooted my machine without plugging in the G13. I then plugged it into the USB, did a right click on the driver software and selected Run as Administrator. Installed the software, the display on the G13 showed that it accepted the profile, the keys now work ...It is a pretty good gamepad since you can customize almost everything with it, but you will still need another keyboard to type and even set up the G13.
