It actually works pretty well so it won't be as hard as txturbo's resuscitation unit. Still, there aren't many 2600's and the unit's owner requested the thread so here we go. But the 2230 has some really nice sound. The 2285B wins IF you have big-ass speakers to drive which can work the amp. The 2385 is the only one with a reliable transformer and is the reason I'm sooooo glad I have the 2385, I'll take reliability over the scope any day.
