I take half on Wednesday AM, then the other half on Saturday night (12 hours after the time Wed. AM dose was given). Sticking to exact 7 day dose schedule. I noticed once a week dosing left me with some hypoglycemia and more hunger towards the end of the dose schedule. 2.If you miss a dose of Ozempic®, use it as soon as possible within 5 days after your missed dose. If you miss a dose for more than 5 days, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. If you miss a dose of Wegovy®, and the next scheduled dose is more than 2 days away, use it as soon as possible.The day before and of my dose I’m always hungrier than I am the other 5 days. I just eat a bit more since I’m struggling to eat above 1200c a day and I’m 5’9”F. If/when you get to higher doses (or if you are willing to count clicks) then you can split your doses and do two a week so you never get that increase in hunger.I would continue with the next split 0.5 dose. You just started the weekly 1.0 dose. I will take 4 weeks before it will have the maximum effect. This is because prior doses slowly break down and add to the current dose. Be patient.
